将裁剪好的片材预热，投入模腔，快速合模，加压冷却、脱模制成制品。可分为冲压成型和流动模压成型，两者成型工艺的特点和成型参数不同，但所用设备和压制工艺流程完全相同。

优点：生产效率高、产品尺寸精度高，重复性好；表面光洁，可一次成型结构复杂的制品；

缺点：模具成本高、受压力限制，适合生产中小型制件。

Well-cut sheet shall be preheated, put into moulding cavity, closed rapidly, pressed and cooled and demoulded, thus a product is formed. Moulding process can be divided into press moulding and flowing moulding. The two moulding processes differ in process features and moulding parameters, but the equipment and pressing process flow is identical.

Advantages: high efficiency, high precision of product dimension and excellent repeatability; bright and clean surface; through moulding process, complex products can be formed at one time;

Disadvantages: high cost of the mould and limit from pressure, suitable for the production of small and medium sized products.
