长纤维增强热塑性颗粒复合材料简称LFT-G(Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Granules),是将连续玻璃纤维通过一个特殊的树脂浸渍装置,使高温熔融树脂对玻璃纤维进行浸渍包覆,再经过冷却 牵引,最后切割成长度为6~25 mm的塑料粒子；LFT-D工艺是通过双螺杆挤出机将玻纤和树脂经熔融浸渍后直接采用注塑机注射成型或压机模压成型生产制品。

Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Granules are referred to as LFT-G. The continuous fiberglass shall be impregnated with molten resin in a special resin impregnation device and then it shall be cooled and pulled and finally be cut into plastic granules with the length of 6~25mm; during LFT-D process, after melted and impregnated through bitruder, fiberglass and resin shall be moulded directly by injection moulding machine or compressed into products by compressor.
